1. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Payment Terms

A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid upon check-in or as otherwise agreed.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. We reserve the right to terminate the stay of any guest who violates our policies or disturbs other guests.

5. Liability

Highmark Guest House shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of guests' personal belongings.

6. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control.
